To have a successful transfer you should ensure that:

1. the domain you want to transfer is registered and unlocked with another registrar (you can request them to unlock it if it is not),
2. the domain must have been registered for at least 60 days,
3. you have obtained the registration information, such as the authorisation code (EPP code), and nameservers (if you have website hosting with another company), from the current domain provider.

After you have checked the above list, simply enter the domain you wish to transfer into the domain field near the top of this page and select “Transfer”.
